Troll tax , sorry I am talking about Toll tax ! Every one is familiar with this world ! It's a tax taken from the vechiels which run on the BOT projects ! ( BOT-Build Operate Transfer ) , we can also call it PPP ( Public Private Partnership) projects ! Actualy in such projects there is no partnership of Public (Aam Aadami) , It's only for benefits of corporates ! ( Yeh public hai sab janati hai) ! Now , here is the story That Toll tax is totally ill-legal ting ! Supreme court said : on charging toll-tax under the built-operate transfer (BOT) scheme from motorists and said such a charge should not be levied for an incomplete or damaged road and also for the one that do not have an alternative route.
