Union Of India & Fedaral structure

The very first line of Our Constitution ---> Article 1(1) says : India that is Bharat shall be known as Union of India !  

 USA is the oldest Federal structure in date but India do not follow tat system because it's not suit our conditions !

In basic of US structure there are  various state come together and make Unites states of America and In case of India we have one united country and we Davide it in various small states for better and easy administration !

Here I write on this subject cause in last some days we hear lots about NCTC and Indian federal structure !

In all system weather it's Dictatorship,monarchy or democracy all have some positive and negative faces and we should try to come over it and do better performance !

Constitution make list for the Powers of Central, Powers of States and Concurrent list for Power of both , the problem arise in the case no 3 !

For such special behavior of Indian federal structure , our constitution do not provide dual citizenship  under the purpose of Unity among the citizen of India ,  but current political environment show that some state leader behave like they rule independent state !

If , Chief Ministers of states want to secure Federal structure of India than they must have to think about following :-

Here are some cases Related to Indian Federal structures :-

1. Our all MISSILE and SATELLITE practical done on WHEELER ISLAND , Orrisa and Are the all benefits get by Only ORISSA ? It's NO ! Than other neighbor states shall help orrissa for water supply, give Police support in Naxal activity but on that topic other state only ARGUE of Federal structure , they have one common answer that They can not allow ORISSA police in their state , are BHaiya aese kese chalega ?

2. A recent case of diversion of two river water of kerala to Tamilnadu , but Kerala Argue that both this to rivers Intra state river and neither Parliament not TAmilnadu Government can not do anything on it ! I do not know exact technical and site situation of those 2 rivers but If There is surplus water than Kerala shall allow it for the Person of Tamilnadu after all they are the same citizen of India !

3. Our all NUCLEAR testing done in POKHARAN, RAJSHTAN , but It's for each and every state of India , If any war condition ARMY want to use it for security of Mumbai than RAJSHAN KYA NO KAH SAKEGA ? simply NEVER cause security is come under the power of Central Government ! so other states must help Rajashthan for scarcity of water ! Neither Gujarat nor Punjab ready for provide water  to Rajsthan .

4. China Give Stapled Visa to the Citizen of Arunachal pradesh ! It's not only the attack of china on AP it's a problem of whole nation so, we all have to fight for it !

5. Mamata benergee want to join the Debate of India-Bangladesh and want a special benefit of TEESTA water for WB on the loss of Bilateral Relation between two nation , she do not worry about the relation of two nation , she only want Water for West Bengal !

6.Recently Hilery clinton land directly to the Netaji subhashchandra Internation airport , West Bengal Instead of New delhi ! on the other hand FOREIGN AFFAIRS come under the power of Central Goverment !

7. Saradar Sarovar Project : Just before 1-2 weeks , we celebrate 51th anniversary of Starting of saradar sarovar project , but After 51 years , only 85% of work complete . it's Cause of Our complex federal structure , At site area the water store in the land of MP and MAharastra and the dam build on the Land of Gujarat so, only 20% befits get by Gujarat !

8. Such complexity also on The topic of  Tamils In Srilanka  and Kashmir ! over the 50+ years DMK and AIDMK do politics on the name of Tamils and rule the state ! actually they have no right to Q. abt NCTC and federal structure !

Yes, It's a complex topic but There must not be politics over such topics and all have to understand the necessity of NCTC !
