Aim - 2000 crore for These markets have been called as GRAM (Gramin Retail Agriculture Market). Through these markets infrastructure of 22,000 Rural Haats and 585 AMC markets will be developed.

Fact check -

• No progress happened in the whole year. On 6th feb 2019 The Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs approved that fund.

Aim - Under Operations Greens we shall be creating a sustainable road map to ensure that Tomato Onion Potato (TOP) are available in every nook and corner of the country round the year without any price volatility.”

Northeast to get India's first ever 'Air Dispensary': Dr Jitendra Singh

Aim- Dr Jitendra Singh disclosed that even today, nearly 1/3rd of India’s population did not have access to proper hospital bed care, as a result of which, poor patients living in remote areas remained deprived of crucial medical care. The experiment being introduced in the Northeast, at the behest of the Ministry of Northeast/DoNER, can also be emulated in other hill states having difficult topography like Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

DONER has already contributed Rs. 25 crore as part of the initial funding for this initiative.
