Common Minimum Programme

Have you heard this word before?

May be heard from the coalination partners of government,all CO. party, generally mamata,mulayam and manamohan ( All Ms=mada****d ) use this word !!!

UPA common minimum progremmes are:
- serva sikhskha abhiyan
- MGNAREGA
- employnment
- non communal governance
# Add coruption as VAT

( ( (whenever media ask question mamata : why do you support congress instead of contrast ideology?
mamata : our COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAMME is same !!!
but I said their all polcy is SHAME !!! ) ) )

All supporters of UPA said that their COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAMME is to prevent the communal power(BJP) out of government !

but,co-allies use the term COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAMME in following mean :-
►DMK(karunanindhi) in government cause they loose power in state and they have nothing to bargening

►NCP(sharad pawar) for buniess reltions

►TMC(mamata) - just for formality, after won WB election, they are in mood to exit

►SP & BSP ( due to CBI inquries)

►RLD ( ajit sinh) - he gave support wwith 2-3 MP and congress gave UP air port name CHARAN SINH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ( father of ajit sinh)

and many more examples are there !!!

but, we should focus on following points :-

Generaly this word is use by powerful political persons !!

  ( PUBLIC )

Root of all our problems is the behvouir of MPs and MLAs,If you choose efficient and capable person, than he can solve your problems !!! ( #LAKH DOOKHO KI 1 DAVA)

We have 2 chance in 5 year to use this word , whenever the BHIKHARI come to your door to demand for your vote , you should ask about his or his party COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAMME !!!

Accourding to me the common minimum programme should be : ( FOR US)

1.MPs must have his/her attendance 95%+ in parliament !! ( in written)

2.He must visit his/her area once in a week ( Sunday) ( in written)

3.what he think about reservation policy?

4.He/she must take look about the problem of people .

5.He/she must have to take advice from the voters before important vote in parliament ( no use of WHIP)"

6.You should ask about his/ her qualification and annunal income.

7.The person should not buniessman,cause he may not have enough time for you !!! ( todays date most of MP are bunissman.

8.He/she must aware about the central/state government schmes and give guidenace to voters about the use of various schmes by meetins and seminar !

And our(voters) common minimum programme should be - make aware uneducated people about the value of their vote and make tham understand about the upper topics in simple word !!!
