??? Is India a DEMOCRATIC country ???

In the school the first line of 8^th politic science book is : India is a democratic country and it’s for the people and by the people  but this line is not  true for today condition of india.

On January 1950 :




WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN
SOCIALIST SECULAR  DEMOCRATIC  REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:


 JUSTICE, social, economic and political;


 LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;


 EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;and to promote among them all


 FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;

 IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949, DO HERE BY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.

-Not SOVEREIGN :


People do not have right to make final decision,external force like developed nation make greatly effect the internal decision of our nation (our political leader are agent of foriegen nation like lefties are agent of china , congressman are agent of US......) ,lastly we saw that under the pressure of USA our government did not said one word against the Pakistan in Mumbai blast,all know it’s sponcered by the ISI and the othe militantgroups of pakistan


 -Not socialist:


Wealth is not equally distributed between people of india ,richer become richest and poor people become very poor (anbani, birla become legally richer and politic person become more richer ) , actulay all the state and also centeral government run FOR THE INDUSTRY AND BY THE INDUSTRY !!! ADANI in Gujarat  , REDDY in karnatak,  JINDAL in Orissa, mostly all government have one big company for the FUNDS.!


-Not secular:


:Government do not treat all religion equally muslim got subsidy to travel their holy place, hindu,jain,sikh....do not get (some politic people do this for muslim vote) , there is different marraiage laws for hindus and muslims




-No justice:


NO common citizen dare to go court for the injustice with him, cause he is not able to pay the fees for that , one INTERESTING case : If you come In ahmedabad and go to C.G.ROAD ( ahmedabad richest place) you can find all the SUVs like AUDI,BENZ,etc. pak on road , and If small cars and bikes park on road than you have to pay Rs.200-5000  For that !


The Citizens are discriminated on basis of caste (SC,ST and OBC people get benefit in admission in educational institution and other places) ,


 -No liberty:


Citizen are not free to speak in opposition to powerfull people and not free to speak on some sensitive topics....in last3 months we saw the government reaction to the baba ramdev and anna hazre moments.


 -No Equality:


People from north east india and other people not treated equally.


 FINALLY....


 - We are not the people of india :


1. people frm bihar and UP are not able to live in MUMBAI,
2. people from north east india known as CHINA,
3. In west bangal and aasam people frm Bangladesh is equal to indian


 aLL this things are result of dirty game of political leaders,indrustists and corrupted officers!


Now one can ask us what is the solutions of this, the common and straight solution is as :
All the government work on various bills like RIGHT TO INFORNAMATION, RIGHT TO EDUCATION but the most neccecary act should be RIGHT TO BE A EQUAL,if you are success to provide the equal rights to the all citizen then 99% probems come to end.


Can you hear such things ever: mukesh ambani take 6 months for passports process,the sone of birla take 10 months to got driving linence , police reject to file FIR of the TATAs etc. these things can onl happen with poor citizen and today date common citizen full of agery to the government and also to the industry !


Government take lots of schmes for the poor people , but it’s main purpose is the corruption for the ministers and the officers ! rahul Gandhi said that only 10% money reach to the people but originality is the some schmes re only in papers not on ground !!!


Government should invest more money on the implemention of the schme instead of new schmes ! IF you can watchthe advertisement of BHARAT NIRMAN than you can find  that there are many ssece of that is illegal like 3 person drive on bike, the worker without enough cloth on body and many other things,


GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE ONE COTTECT ADVERTZEMENT !!!


Government have to take some special and extra ordinary steps for strenghing of the judiciary system !

Government should invest 1-1.5% on the implementation of various schmes , our main two problems is unemployment and corruption, any there is one common solution of both this problem , government have to make a good model to stop corruption with large employee !!
