Land Acquisition

Land Acquisition in our country done by Land Acquisition bill 1894, there is no change since 1894 ( # kya kare time hinahi mila) !!!

whenever there is A need of thousand of acers land than government use this act and acquire land for development purpose !!! ( # buniess purpose)

Under that All must have to give their land to the government and the value of that land also decided by the government , generally 10-20 times lesser than market value !!!

central government need land for military use,irrigation use,PSUs,All India radio , ISRO,NEculear power plant and national highways ,for all these they acquire land the people  have to be a migrate !! but they never oppose for being migrate cause they know there may be a development on their land and it help to the nation (poor and lower class man is always ready to give TAN,MANN and DHANN to nation )

But,from the last two decades governments use this law for person uses and for corporates,there are many examples where government act as a Middle man !!! ( cores of rupees make by politicians from this law)

1.Mayawati government acquire land for industrial development by emergency clause and change the purpose of land acquisition after being acquired it change in to residential !!!

than UP government gave acquire land to the builders and they sold it 1000 times more price of acquisition

2.Our Vibrant chief minister do DALALI for one of the biggest project of India,firstly for DEAR mukesh at there he jamanager and secondly for JAN,JIGAR AND JANEMAN - gautam adani for mundra,there ,he also gave government land on lease to adani at the rent of Rs.1/acere for 99 years !!!

3.BJD government do same thing for POSCO at orrissa !

4.Left government do at singur for tata !!

5.Hariyana government do for maruti !

6.Maharastra goverment for Hinustan construction for dream city lasa !!!

7.Many govement give the whole BAMBOO forest to the industry of paper and sugar insted of it include the SAVE THE TIGER MOMENT area !!!

there is three topics on which all the party can speak in one voice :-
1.Foreign bank accounts
2.Increase the salary of MP
3.Land Acquisition

Genegerly this act use for nation development and the ony reason for all above cases is employment according to government !!! can you believe that Government can give 1000s acers of Land in free for 4000-5000 employment ,( are usase to achcha ye hota ki land direct employee ko hi de de )

But now,public wake up and the do firm oppose of this thing , they also go up to the supreme court and make voice strong !!!

ye to bat hui private valo ki , now public use,

Land Acquisition for public use is good,but for you must have to make some soft policy , take people in confidence and make some welfare programme for that people !!!

there are many example where government acquire land and can not make development of that area and the land is vacat in to days date !!

as example,NTPC and military acquire 20-20 villages , but due to some problem , they change there plan , they make new plant in orissa instead of bihar but what about the land acquire in bihar?

the system of Land Acquisition is fascist cause government have such type of law ( jo low terrorism k liyechahiye woh Land Acquisition k liye hai ) , so supreme court can not do much more !!!

Process:- Case -1

1. Government agency make survey ( about 1 year )

2.District revenue officer notices the villagers to leave the village ( about 3 month after survey)

3.Give 3 notices in 45 days and they do not leave than use of police !!!

4.In some cases they give shelter facility outside of village for 6-7 months !!!

5.On the output of this they give compensation and a promice of employment !!

  ( they give compensation money after 1-2 year and raha sawal employment ka to.....wo to kabhi nahi milata , they make very complex process for that and finaly write on SARAKARI KAGAZ : that the no one person is interested to do job and BEST JOB AWARD GOES TO THE RELATVI OF MINISTERS!! )

If ONGC find crude and COAL or MINERAL Board find mines in your land than You must have to leave your home !!!

 Case -2

sometimes government do temporary Land Acquisition for special occasion like military training and counter the problem of naxal , and Land Acquisition doe for 6-8 months !!!

now compare the case 1 and case 2 in other way , just interesting :-

1.If , tomorrow, ONGC find crude below the bunglow JALASA ( resident of bacchans) , ONGC will give 3 notice in 45 dyas, after that Mumbai police UNAHE LATT MARAKE NIKALE,

than they live in some tent near to beach and live with other people ( walfare tent me 2000+ person rahete hai), how can they do sex in tent ? what about the education of their children?

after one year Mr.amitabh bachcan will get the check of Rs.20000 as competetion of the bunglow JALSA ( compantation me sirf land ka hi rate include hota hai , no money for structure)

and finaly they return to ALAHABAD !!!

2.Govement acquire land for military training , now for Navy training , they will give notice to Mukesh ambani to leave his 28 floor house for just 6-8 monhts !!!( uska ghar , navy office k pass hi hai )

you might find this things as joke but it's serious matter , I just give these examle to show the game of governemnt !!!

the migrated people have to loss their culture,land,property,their happy moment with homes,education of their children and mny more thing that , we can never think about that !!!
