IITs - hell or heaven

IIT - Indian Institute of Technology , premier technical Institutes of India ! every year many students participate in this race ( More than the total census of may country) and many students forcefully participate in this due to their parents pressure !

There is nothing bad  in this institutes that all believe,  but if you look closely to the admission process and working style of IITs , you feel that it's very bad ! there are lots of discussions held during last month about the new entrance system of IITs & NITs !

Indian Constitution preamble said : EQUALITY of status and of opportunity that means every Student of Indian shall get equal chance to get admission in that !

But in the case of new formula , government make policy taking focus only on the students of CBSE board but unfortunately India have other 41 education boards across the country and Government never think about those students !
There are many Loopholes in the New formula related to exam time ,paper  style and many others but I have problem with both new and exiting entrance process of IITs !

1. In villages and small towns , a fewer students Aware about the IITs and NITs ... These people can not  even apply  for entrance exam.

2.IITs having online application system and fees of form is Rs.1000+ , now ,people who have monthly income 1500 what will they do ?

From last 2-3 years , IIT made compulsory the online application system , now think how may villages/town has internet system ?

Government can give subsidy on diesel for the SUVs but can not reduce the form fees for IITs !

3. In big city like mumbai and Delhi there is combined system of schools+ coaching class !

A half government schools run coaching classes in there school, the fees of these schools are 6-7 lakh / 2 year !

and If you can not crack the exam than you have to pay half fees mean 3 lakh for second chance !

4.Money Matter - 1sty we all have to understand that today, IITs are not famous for it's technical capability , it's famous for the STATUS in the society !

If  your parents have well settled business than he can INVEST 10 lakh behind his child  for his and his child's higher  STATUS in society !

If you can not crack exam 1st time than you can also afford second try cause they have to sit on their parent's business after B.tech !

5. This is the main reason behind the decrease in capability of IITs in technical field cause the student get admission in IIT have not interest in technical field but they took admission for higher status in society ! It's bitter truth of IITs !

These all are Loop Holes in existing system , I do not like to write about new system cause I think It will never be applied from this and next 1-2 years !

Now Some suggestion for Strenthinng the IITs :-

1.Govt. shall start awareness about IIts and NIts in villages and in Town , form must be available at All TALUKA places  and form fees must be less than 100 rs .

2.There must be only 1 chance for 1 student !

3.After competition of B.tech , A student must have to do job in Govt./ PSUs/private company for minimum 5years !

4.IITs must have to confirm that Aspirant have keen interest in technical field by interviews or nay appropriate methods ( Like visa process)

5.there must be a 40% quota for state students in their State NIT ( now every indian state have 1 NIT )

6.IITs boards have to leave their ego and have to think about all indian students !

7. Must have to think about the students form NE and backward area like baster , dhanabad, orissa and some naxal cover districts, cause Education is only weapon which can counter naxal problems !

Here is the one simple Formula for decrease the stress on students :

Competition is the main reason behind the mental stress in the students , for reducing stress we must have to end the competition and this can be done by making numbers of new IIT level institutes ac cross India !
