RTI - A safety valve

RTI - Right to information act .   All praise this act except me and some other people who know about it's implementation and it's ground situations ! Mr.kejriwal , prasant bhushan ,sibbal , khurshid and also rahul gandhi speak about this on big stage and also in election campaign , UPA called its big achievement ! And yes,of course it but unfortunately  it's true only for 1-2 .

I heard a word TOOTHLESS tiger during anna aandolan over LOKPAL but I like to use that word for current situation for current situation for RTI !

Pressure valve is supplied in factory for release excess pressure form boiler same here, whenever people or opposition party ask about corruption than congress said that THEY GAVE RTI ACT. TO NATION and reduce pressure on the name of RTI  , but i like to ask AB KYA KARE ?

There are no seriousness  in RTI department ! nearly all states CIC posts are vacate ! 

Here, I write interesting and very rarely known thing about RTI process ;- ( If 100 person thinking to fie RTI and only 5 can do  it , here is the whole step by step process )

1.If someone want to file RTI than he search on GOOGLE and due to large confusion over the methods of payment fees , methods of File RTI and etc. and 50 people leave the idea of file RTI and 50 go ahead !

2. These 50 search the NAme of Public Information Officer (PIO) from website and prepare RTI but 10 of tham can not submit to department due to fear ,laziness or busy schedule and finaly it's goes to Dustbin of house !

3. Now,these 40 people finaly file RTI , some of tham goes to POST office for file but due to bad response from staff over process of RTI through POST 10 feel a shame and return to home without file RTI !

4.If you go for hand to hand submission that what ever the time the peon said you that Launch time of sir  ! than 10go back to home with anger !

5.Howmany left, 20 na? to finally 20 submit it ! but only some of tham get answer in limit of 30 days, there is a rule if Department can not give ans. in 30 days than there shall be return of RTI fees but Actually there is no provision for methods of returning of this money !

6. Many of tham do not aware about the 1st and 2nd appellate authority .

7. Hardy 5/100 people get answer !

8. If there is any faults find in the accounts through RTI than hardly any person guide it to the CIC  ( and actually none dare for CIC cause CIC website tell that IF ANY WRONG THING FIND IN APPLICATION THAN LEGAL ACTION WILL TAKE UP AGAINST IT ! ab boliye kaun daring karega ? pata nahi yeh CIC public k liye hai ya Govt.staff ki favour k liye )
 
9. And if CIC review RTI than first 3 time he/she gave only waring to the officer !

10. now, I do not like to write more about this chain...cause no one reach upto this exceept political partys and Dr.subramanyam swamy ,who reach up to supreme courts ! but yeh AAM AADAMI K BAS KI BAT NAHI HAI !

                                                                                                    
 Here I would like to mention about Petrol prices atleast 20-30 Rs. petrol needed for file one RTI and It's impossible for village person without Internet acees to find RTI !
