Implementation of law & Equality

On 26^th January – 1950  our Goal was to achieve this preamble of constitution :-

" EQUALITY" of status and of opportunity and to promote among them all "

 “Implementation of law” & “Equality” – These is the main and basic requirement to became happy and prosperous country !

 But After the 1950 – for vote politics and in critical situations –Government find the soft and middle way which give short term solution and this mentality lead the huge inequality between people of India on all the aspect – economical , cultural ,social etc. As we saw in the case of Telengana , J&K and Gorakha land .

Instead of Achieving Equality we go far away from that Goal ! Here, some example of these :-

1. 10(26) Income tax act 1961 act. Give special right to Mizo people that have not to pay income tax and give 1/10 of earning to the church for welfare . and these churches control whole political stage of Mizoram.

2. Pachauri village (in saputara hills) – on the Border of Gujarat and MP - belong to the Sikligar Sikh community. Staying here for the last 46 years, all these Sikhs are masters in the craft of making country guns, revolvers, self loading rifles (SLR) and other deadly weapons. They have no right by Act. To made weapons but Government allow tham !

3. Indian Constitution, with the 73rd amendment in 1992 to accommodate the idea of Panchayati raj . The Amendment Act of 1992 contains provision for devolution of powers and responsibilities to the panchayats both for the preparation of economic development plans and social justice

Jamshedpur – A city founded by the late Jamshedji Nusserwanji Tata held first Muncipal election in 2006 up to that it's run by TATA .and also today it’s have complex municipal body .it’s run by various municipal body instead of one .  Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC), Adityapur Municipal Council (AMC), Jugsalai Municipality (JMC) and Mango Notified Area Committee (MNAC), Jamshedpur Utilities and Services Company (JUSCO), a Tata Steel subsidiary

And interesting thing is People of Jamashedpur also support TATA instead of Elected Municipal body

4. Sixth schedule to the Constitution of India provide varying degrees of autonomy within the state legislature to  several autonomous administrative divisions of India . but All the political party  use this constitutional facility in wrong way , they use this to find soft and short term solution some coplex problem and result of these we have 30+ such Autonomous divisions in India

5. ”Kodavas “, A caste from “coorg” at karanataka have special right to celebrate  born and weddings  with  “guns” !

( And our governmnt ( censer bord) do not give permission to show song on screen “ dil walo ke dil ka khayal lutane me aayi hu UP-Bihar lutane “) # bichari shilpa

6. IITs must have  to take permission from Finance ministry of India to Increse Fees and for Others college …. No need to say !!!

( one of person say me: there is no compression of IIT with any other Indian college,

I told him : yes, there is no compression of IIT with any other Indian college ( in yearly budget)

7. All Nawab has special power In their region in todays date . ( # recently saif ali khan became nawab, the others are sindhiya,holwkar, bundela,….may be 1000+ )

  8. Women have reserved seats in all panchyat centers and women reservation bill is on the table of house for MLA and MP election ! ( gender in inequality)

9. Muslim get subsidy from government for visiting makka-madiana, and Hindu pay 7.5 lakh for visiting great kailash manasarovar !!!

 ( with the  condition of…If you died in way , than your relative can not take your body to home,your furnel will be on place) ( religion inequality)

10. If you call your friend by his/her surname and If he belong lower class than he can take legal action on you # atrocity ( caste inequality)

( all the sc/sc/obc got scholarship from government and what about General class …???

11. If a woman want divorce than governmne t provide her a legal help (@ no/little fees) and If a man want divorce ….( generally man believe in Extramarital Affairs , In gujarati we called “LAFADU” )

12. Member of parliments have special power , You can not speak against of MPs in publicaly,it’s a rule of  #105 !!!

13. All other Indians have can drink  !!! ( Gandhi born in Gujarat so Gujju can not drink )

14 .You can not buy land in J&K ( for that You must be a citizen of J&K )

15.. NRIs can not visit North east sates of India

Extra : The Tiger Wedding!

A Coorg warrior who killed a tiger was honoured by the ‘nari mangala’. A celebration similar to a wedding, only, in the place of the bride was the dead tiger. The last recorded tiger wedding was in 1873. A man who killed a tiger, could shape his moustache in a certain curling manner called the galle meesey.

Here I gave only some example of social & cultural inequality cause we all aware about Economic inequality.

Government should give equal chance to all the citizen of India , as we see There is no Students of BPL in IIM and IITs ! JEE board try to increase the Percentage of girl in IITs cause Due to Gender inequality girls do not get chance higher education.

Give me some sunshine. Give me some rain. Give me another chance. I wanna grow up once again...
