Trickle Down Economics of Mr. Gadakari

In Bhagawat Gita , Krishna said “ God is only Absolute truth” but Today in Indian politics “Package is only absolute truth”. Politics is dynamic in nature that always subjected to change. Once Farmer Issues dominate politics then caste , then Religion then Money power, and now time for the package politics. The package may be for the special category or maybe against reservation or For Employment generation.

The Package politics is based on the Economic theory of the Trickle down, Which says that the Benefit of the investment reach to the poor with time and there will be equality in society. Practical application may be Rs.1000 Cr package for the Industrial development that will generate employment and The benefits reach to the Poor one day. This model Failed Across the world. This Model based on classical liberalism but it turns to capitalism due to lacking of the necessary check. Take the case of India, Every year we leave the 4.5 lakh Crores per year as revenue is forgone to Develop jobs but the Since a long time the employment generation rate is lower then 1% which reflect the failure of the This model.

Now, Today on Twitter timeline read the Some tweets of the Ministry of the road transport, Here it is 

 

Note the figures in the Tweets – 5 lakh jobs and 1000 crore per year for 5 year. OK ? Now look how Package politics work and How to Trickle down economy work:-

( The Figure 1000 crore is Assumed by Govt. as Govt Get Green highway fund form 1% of the road project cost. 1000 Green fund per year mean Govt or PPP have to invest 1 lakh crore every year in the road )

1 job means a Minimum of 200 days per year of work. So, 5 Lakh job mean the ( 500000 * 200 ) 10^8 days of work per year.

1000 crore per year for 5 years This 1000 crore is the total Investment that includes the cost of Plat, Transport cost, Administrative coast, Wages, etc. So, take the 500 crores as the cost of wages. 500 crore mean the ( 50 *10^8)

What will be the salary or the Wage of the person per day

       = Total Wages / Number of the Person

       = (50* 10^8) / ( 10^8)

       = 50 ( Rs.50 Per person)

Even you take the whole 1000 crore as the Wages then also it will be Rs.100 per person per day which is lower then minimum wages and also MGNREGA wages. 

So , People said right that “Devil in details”. There is no need to be shock. Our whole economy running on this model and This is not an isolated example.

In Today, Indian express Article -  Dipendra singh Hooda – ( A congress MP who claim that farmer of the Haryana Grow the 2 feet long potato during the debate of the FDI in retail in Lok sabha) compare the UPAnomics and Modinomics today and said Modi model Fail to take up flight. But As far as the model of the development matter the Model for All political parties except Left is same.

So , My Basic request is to don’t judge the development on the basis of the GDP, employment Generation, Inflation , current account deficit etc.  Stats Cheat you.

Here is Example of that: Before 2 year a report of the Govt of India said that, Gujarat produce 72%  of the total employment in India. ( Sunday Guardian :Gujarat accounts for 72% new jobs in India)  Yes it’s True but you should ask question : What type of employment? It’s Contract employment. Most of the Jobs ( More then 90% ) are base on the contract. A Bus conductor salary is 5500/month for 5 year . A discussion related to the Politics and inflation going on in bus. A passenger ( she is teacher) Said: Due to inflation we decrease consumption of milk from 2 liter to 1 liter a day and In reply a conductor said: “Are you talking about milk madam ? I don’t know the color of milk. How can I afford milk when I have family of the 7 people and Salary of 5500 per month”.  Gujarat is the most developed and No1 state in India. Development is that When Universal Quality Education is there, Society without evil of Malnutrients, A Farmer can sleep well, A labor can raise voice etc. Package is Just ( Anther) JuGaad!
