Gandhiji view on the privacy and Identity card :-

Gandhiji experimented first ever Satyagrah in transval against the “Asiatic Registration Act”. Under the Act every male Asian had to register himself and produce on demand a thumb-printed certificate of identity. Unregistered persons and prohibited immigrants could be deported without a right of appeal or fined on the spot if they fail to comply with Act. Gandhiji called it the “Black Act" on the grounds of the safety of the Indian community, and to prevent the Asiatic community of South Africa suffering an intolerable humiliation.

Why Need aadhar & Why as money bill ?

à To save the money form the consolidated fund of India and Proper benefit of Subsidy.

ß Why Not use the jan dhan account instead of the Aadhar , which currently working good in case of the LPG. ( LPG link to bank account currently not aadhar)

Right of the Privacy as the Fundamental right or Nor ?

à Sub judicial matter

ß India is signatory of the UN Human rights and As per that Right to privacy considered as the Fundamental right of the human And in case of the Visakha , Court give ruling by relying on the international convention. ( On the same line the Govt pass the lokayukt bill which subject of the state not union govt0

Security off the data ?

à Enough firewall and Strict 3 year jail and 10 lakh penalty etc.

ß When the CIA of USA and PLA of china heck the Sites and server of the upmost important sites of the Nuclear data , security agency etc. What is guarantee that Foreign State sponsored agency will not theft whole data base ?

Application of the Aadhar data :-

à Make the Service easy and fast.

ß  Fingerprint not match in case of the older people and labor class and In case of the iris identification it create problem in cataracts and also the agency contracted to collect data use the inferior machines that not match by the UID specification after.

ß Even A small online biometric data base of airport in European states and also in our offices does not work properly than how can such huge data base work on that by same technology

The reason behind the Prohibition of the citizen to approach court cause :-      Right of Privacy may or may not be fundamental right but the Our CPC and Telegraph act based on that and as per that Citizen can goes to Court.
