Dear prime minister , We did it and now it's your turn

Dear Prime Minister , 

                 Thank you sir ! It was much awaited and much needed action. You said that : "I am Gujarati and Money in my blood" in the 2014 and You did it finally. In fact you Continue the legacy of the Gujju PM of the Morajee desai and the then Gujju RBI governor and Gujju Finance minister. The Team of the Gujju also did the same in the 1970s.

                 Sir, I am Little bit busy now days in something so not writing in detail but topic is such that I cannot restrain myself to write. So , Write all things in brief and please tell Your Bhakt that they forgive me if I made any mistake in letter.

                 Sir , These political pundits find out two objectives behind your step other than what you said officially : (1) Political perceptive is that election of the UP and Punjab is on head and this step will wipe out the treasure of the Opposition (2) To send the political message to citizen that Modi's Government is serious on the Black money.

             Sir, I know that These are secondary issues behind these steps and key issues are  : (1) Due to NAP  Banks are striving  for the capital and you find out the PPP model and you recapitalize the bank through the people's money. (2) The reports of the Dormancy of PM Dhan dhan yojna was haunting you and You want to make it active on any cost.

                Sir , Let put aside the objectives and Focus on the Issues. Sir, Gandhiji said that “Only Good mean justify the Good End”. Your end to wipe out the black money is good but your ministers and party official's statement on the issues are totally ridiculous. They Are Portraying the all those as Supporter of the black money who raise the question of the difficulties the people to banks. Sir , My forefathers are fighting for that India where everyone will have right to question authority. You are in power and You have to answer about the questions on your policies , Your intention and all related things.

                 As Gujarati , You must aware about on going process to converting black money to white. When A factory owner and Boss of the 1000 employee deposit the Rs.2 lakhs ( You set limit of the Rs. 2.5 lakh for the income tax related surveillance) in each account and take the signed bank cheque of the Rs. 2 lakh from the all  in advance. This will convert the all (2 lakh * 1000 ) 20 Crore to white. Your party person said that : Modi saheb took the Political risk for the interest of the country. Dear , Modi saheb : If you can take such political risk really then why not you say that Each and every person have to justify the amount of their bank account irrespective to amount ??

                      Now Come to second issue , It’s early to ask for the Hissab of your step today about the amount of back money that wipe out and etc. But sir,  every person in the city and town know about the ongoing business of the Converting the black to white through Dollar , Gold , back dated bill etc. Look sir , the person standing in queue of the bank is happy but also furious. His patient reaches to the peak and soon it may collapse. So, you must take the mass scale action against the influence person who hoard money through illegitimate means. Action should be such that people can see and believe in that.

  

      Third issue , What steps you take that bank official not use their position to use the bank facilities for their relatives through back door ? I was reading the Notice of the Bank shutter on Sunday and A person from the neighbor shop came and ask for the New notes to officer and A reply came from inside was : “Come tomorrow before  we open the bank for people.” 

      Sir , I am also feeling the same as  the every person standing in queue is feeling. I am happy about the decision but my enthusiasm wane off when I see the people standing in the  Lines from early in morning to late in evening. I think almost 100 times in a day that : Whether your government will take any serious action on the influential  people ? Past records of the Governments including yours haunted me. I almost feel that You are going to cheat the people who are standing in queue. Sorry !

 Sir, If you are really serious about the issue you must take the following step to “Prove” your seriousness.  I am not your bhakt and I am citizen who elect you as my Prime minister and I keep my right to ask the Question to authority. So, Here is the list :-

• Put the detail plan in public about of Govt plan for Post December scenario.There are many including me who suspicious that only poor and middle class have to pay the price and Govt will find out the mid path with the Top class after December.

• Promise strict against those who proved guilty in the Illegal activates. People who standing in line want strict action. You must promise about the no more VDS and no monetary punishment. There shall be jail term for those who provided guilty.

• Bring the Financial matter of the all political parties and NGO under the ambit of  the RTI. Make Mandatory to disclose all funding with PAN number and Abolish the Rs.20,000 limit for disclose.

• As you declare that Rs.1.25 lakh crores Black money  govt get in last 2 years –now onwards and upto 30th December, Once in week you must declare the steps and Amount that Govt agency seize from the Hoarder , Jewellers , Hawala or any other involving “business” of the converting black to white.

• Warn the Cooperatives banks about the CAG audit of them. Board of directors misusing the Banking facilities for their own business and their relatives.

•  Name all those who got Govt banks to write off debt and also top 200 nonperforming asset.
