डिअर पीयूष गोयल साहेब , सिर्फ बातो से पेट नहीं भरता - भाग 2

This blog post is based upon the information I received in more than 200 letters from railways and My chasing of the Railways for more than 100 days.  Each and Everything I write here is official. This Blogpost is more about the system than the Migrant labors. Rather than Write, I like to Explain the “Sarkari Puran” by pics.

On 28th May 2020, Ministry of Railways said -85 lakh free meals given to 50 lakh migrants on 'Shramik Special' trains. This Whole whole blogpost is around this. So let analyze this headline in Detail.

1.) What is the Definition of the  "Meal"? The following are the two pictures - One is the definition of the rich and the other is the definition for the poor by Railways.

In General, the cheapest “meal” cost the Rs.70 by IRCTC.

Railway Sanctioned the Rs.35 for the meal. ( Rs.15 for water and so total Rs.50).

2.) Within Limited Allocated resources, Rwaily babu ( Yes Babu!) has a way to serve the migrant laborers in a better way but they didn't do so as Expected.

Railway Board Circular allowed providing 2 water bottle and 2 Meals

Actual Spending by the Railways

From this, It's Clear that Railway Spend Rs.27.72 per Migrant for Meal and Rs.15 per migrant for the water.  ( They are allowed to Spend Rs.100 Per Migrant !)

3.) If You presume that Railway at least Spend Rs.27 for a meal of the Migrant, let me stop you. Picture Abhi Baki Hai. Let See what Railways Served to Migrant labors on the name of “Meal”. I leave to you to Judge Are they really Spend those Rs.27!

As far as I know, This Does not cost more than Rs.15 and It is not a "Meal" at all.

4.) During the Lockdown, most of us listen to the Name of the Actor Sonu Sood in positives news more than the Government. The reason is Simple, Society as a whole is much kinder to the Poor than Government. Look At the following two pics.

Meal Provided by the NGOs to Some Railways Station of Gujarat.

Sarkari Food (Not Meal !)

5.) Railways Made Big claims about 85 lakh and 2 Crore Meals provided to Migrant labors but it is not yet clear that – Were the whole financial burden bearded by them or them just supplied but it was provided by State Government.

State Government Provided the Food and Records maintain and provided by Railways.

6.) Now let come to the Main point without which any Sarkari Discussion remains incomplete- Corruption. The meal served by the Railway was without smell and taste but there is Smell of Scam in the Meal.

Look at the figures for the No of Passenger and Food Packets.

The number of passengers is 919 but Food packets distributed are 1100 and Water bottles are 2200. Yes the Circular mention in Point 2 Says about to provide 2 water bottles to a passenger. Even though, it should be 1838 and not 2200

7.) Corrpution kee baat kar hee dee hai to thodi baat black money kee bhhi kar lete hai.

No Comments! Aap Khud hee samaj lijiye 2 pictures pe se.

8.) If you google the news of the 20th to 30th may – there are a number of new related to delay in Shrmaik Special for the 24-36 hours. I tried to get the information of the Delay but can not get it even after more than 100 days of the chase. Sarkari System thaka deti hai Bhai !

But I got success to got in written that – Railways Diverted many trains. ( yes, Railways did a Press conference and said about this )

But Still its Mistry that – Details of the Diverted route, Delay due to Diversion etc.
