Common Man address to the nation on vaccination

Here is the Common man's Maan kee bat to the nation.

PM Modi said on 7th June

["Can you imagine what would have happened if our frontline workers were not vaccinated before the second wave of Corona? Imagine, what would have happened if our doctors and nursing staff were not vaccinated? What would have happened if our brothers and sisters employed to clean hospitals and our ambulance drivers were not vaccinated? It is due to the vaccination of health workers that they were able to take care of others and save the lives of millions of countrymen. But in the midst of decreasing corona cases in the country, different suggestions and demands started coming before the central government"]

Here is the reality of the vaccination of the health worker. Phase 1 under which the vaccination of the health worker and frontline workers began on the 16th of January. and by the 30th may, the Government vaccinated only 50% of the health worker and 50% frontline workers.

• Health worker identified - 1,22,212,45 
• Health worker completed two-dose on 30th May - 67,76,644
• Frontline workers identified - 1,80,99,273 
•  Frontline workers completed two-dose on 30th May -84,97,120 

 

Union the government submitted to the supreme court on the affidavit dated 9th May 2021 :

[Serum Institute of India Ltd. has ramped up production from 5 crore doses / month to 6.5 crore doses per month and further ramp-up is expected by July 2021. ]

[Bharat Biotech Intl Ltd. Has increased production from 90 lakh/ month to 2 crore doses/ month and a further increase is expected upto 5.5 crore doses/month by July 2021. ]

If this data is true then the on-ground reality of the vaccination drives proves that the government management for the vaccination was very poor. Citizens were striving for the vaccines in the month of May but the government failed to provide the vaccine of stock available to the government.

In the Same speech of the 7th June, PM said :

["I also want to express this concern to you. Ever since the work on the vaccines started in India, comments made by some people created doubts in the minds of the common people"]
