Today, water is reaching every household in 1.25 lakh villages of about 80 districts of the country"  Interestingly, the Indian express article itself mention that the Prime minister have said so. When Indian express knew that PM talked about the completion of the water supply connection in 80 district, how can they post headline which says "Every household in India has access of the tap water"?  I think Indian express might have forget that India have more than 700 district and not 80 district about whic...
