Politics of Pavement design Failure



It’s the beauty of Indian politics that :Governments have not time to ful fill the : Cracks,Ruts, and path holes in monsoon but It became all weather discussion point.

Introdution :-

Theory come in focus by this statement :It has taken me 10 years to fill the “potholes”  left by the Congress. Bengal has had such potholes for 32 years," Modi said.

There are mainly three version of this theory :-

1.Mamata : which is applicable to 32 years old pavement
2.Nitish :- Applicable to 15  years ( lalu + rabari)
3.Narendra modi version

Mamata and modi models call “Empirical models”

where Nitish model call “ semi elastic two layer theory “ in this layer one consist Lalu which Poison ration 0.7 ( which mean it can sustain load of 700 crores ) and second layer : rabari which index 0.3 .

Causes :-

There is no specific reason for Path hole :

1. It’s a corruption when talk about UPA,
2 Gundaraj when talk about SP ,
3 Undevelopement in case of CPM ,
4.un justice in case of  Gujarat 


 Concept :-




A political pavement is a structure consisting of superimposed layers of voters above whose primary function is to distribute the communal ism and corruption loads to the sub-grade. 

The pavement structure should be able to provide a surface of acceptable riding quality, adequate opposition resistance characteristics, favorable to allies, and low noise pollution. 

The ultimate aim is to ensure that the transmitted money due to corruption load are sufficiently reaches to party fund so that they will win bearing capacity in next election .

2.By achieving Double digit growth

3. Getting special status

4.More Industrial growth figures than Upper surface
