Sorry , But I can not wish you a very Happy Republic day

First of all we have to understand the mean of the REPUBLIC – It’s mean : “a group with a certain equality between its members.” We celebrate republic day as Our Constitution of Independent India implemented on 26^th January 1950. Our Constitution Made by the one of the best brains and best human being on this earth.

Very few Indian Aware about the fact that Our Independence movement actually start not with aim To get Independence but To Get the Equality In rights with British in the Law. So, the 15^th August was the just mean not end , End was the 26^th jan of 1950 of Our Independence movement. It’s said that on 15^th august we got Independence and on 26^th Jan we Get Responsibility.

I have not a slight hesitation to say that we brilliantly Success to Maintain the Independence and Drastically failed to Maintain the Republic character . This seems a Negative Argue on the Day of the celebration but I like to do so. When you celebrate 26^th Jan by Sending Whats up messages with  smiley and Change Profile pic with the Tri colour , I am Sorry but It’s a Fake patriotism.

26^th Jan is all about constitution then let’s talk on that : The Founding principal of the Constitution are the Liberty , Equality and Rule of law. In fact the Word “Republic” it self mean the liberty and Equality .

It’s foolish to write or talk on the LIBERTY as It no where exist , If it exist then Write it’s address in comment box please. In fact a Honorable member of constituent assembly  said the saradar patel ( Home Affairs matter) that : Sardar,  you give the liberty of speech and other freedom to citizen by article 19 and Took back the same by inserting Article 19(2) .  At that time Sardar was right as we have to fight the emergent challenges of Communalism after partition riots and Communist succession movement in south but today we have more resources and More experience to deal with matter and need to Give full liberty to the citizen of India.

Look at the France from which we Borrow the principal of the Liberty and Equality. A Magazine named Charlie Hebdo office attack by the Terrorist as the magazine publish cartoon mocking the religious head of the one community . Even after the attack , the magazine Continue to do so and The State ( France) do not Make Any request the magazine to Stop that , In contrast France increase the security of the office and encourage the magazine to enjoy it’s right of liberty.

Now to Come on Equality . I am aware that the Word “Equality” do not mean the literal equality but it mean to decrease Inequality. Baba Saheb Ambedkar call that Equality in India should not mean the Political equality only but the Social and Economic equality also. It’s Seems that Ambedkar Accept that Constitution  facilitate the way for the political equality and Society need to make effort for the Economic and Social Equality.

But I am not agree with the Ambedkar – Where is the political equality ? Nearly each and every article of the constitution deal with the equality have the list of the exception. In Article 14 , the President , Governor etc excepted. In article 15 and 16 there is provision for the Exception of the weaker section and on and on.

You will surprise to know that In the “Republic India” , A Citizen have not right to speak a language which Hurt other sentiments but the MPs – Member of parliament have not any such restrictions. Article 105 of constitution give many privileges to the member of parliament . Under this provision MPs also have right to call a citizen and To ask his/her remark over the HONORABEL Members. I do not know that Whether Ambedkar consider this provision as Political equality or not ?

Now to come over the Judiciary  - I call the Judiciary- the only monumental intuition of the colonial time that Survived even today. Even today the judges live the life similar to the  Colonial master. Though Most of people See the Judiciary as the most important institution , For me it’s more Corrupt and Most Undemocratic institution of Our Country. Courts Appoint judges themselves , their expenditure also Not subject to pass form parliament and They Are not answerable to any one. Now tell in which manner the judiciary and Judges are different form the colonial viceroys ?

Leave this technicalities and Just visit near High Court of yours – Just last month Gujarat high court Made even the waiting rooms fully Air conditioned and With brand New LED TVs for the citizen , Now You can think the standards of living of the judges . Just Recently Gujarat High court Construct the Big Auditorium in campus. I don’t know What is need of auditorium in campus ?. The height of non sense things reach when Judges order to construct a Separate road for them even when there is already separate road , Separate Gate , Separate Security and Separate traffic police to stop other vehicles during their time of office.

Now You just think How Many days / Month / Years / Centuries passed after you write a complaint latter to Municipality to Fill the potholes on road near to you. And Keep this thing in mind that India is Republic where Every one is Equal. 

Even After this You want to celebrate the Republic day – A very Happy Republic day to you !!
