admission of the compliant as this topic does not come under the jurisdiction
of the UNHRC but the West Indian replied referring Azam khan, Indian state UP
minister, who compliant an internal country issue to the UN.
As per the FN sources the UN asked India to
mediate the issue within both as the interest of the BCCI involved and also
because for Indians there is high respect in the both countries. But Australia
is in no mood to defend the case and took an aggressive step and lodge
compliant against the Chris Gayle on behalf of the Australian blowers for
violating the human rights of the bowlers.
