As a Student of engineering, I though kee – कैलकुलेटर से सारे   हिसाब हो जाते है . But I was wrong. The calculator,  even a scientific calculator cannot do the all calculations. A 7-year long journey came to end recently and I was trying to do calculations about - क्या खोया क्या पाया ? But The calculator doesn’t help here. What I have lost is a very long list, in fact, a list of infinite. Furthermore, I am not an optimistic person so this list scares me more than others. History of the fall down of the USSR empire trace back to the formation of the USSR itself. Fall of the USSR considered as the most significant event of the Modern global history. The more interesting part is that each one have the own perspective on the reason behind the fall of the USSR. Since last 2-3 years , A Govt. chief recruitment agency introduce the Paper of the Ethics in Exam to judge the Morals and Ethic standard of the Candidate. They Asked the Question of the case study like - If you Going for Exam and you are already late and see a accident on road then Will You help the accident victim OR give priority to Exam ? In such case Candidate suppose to  Give answer in ethical manner. This is theory part but God Took a Practical exam on 21st Dec to all 24 candidates including me . we all 24 failed. There were two supervisors for Exam and one of them was Handicapped. They Both Sit on bench during exam and by some reason the Bench got imbalanced and The Person reach to on verge of the geting injured. For  nearly 45-60 seconds the One supervisor try to save the other form injury ( And Thankfully he Saved) but none of the 24 stand up and try to help him. What a Tragedy it was ! जी हाँ ,  आपने सही पढ़ा , टाइटल इंग्लिश में है पर लिखा हिंदी में है । फिलहाल ऐसी ही कन्फ़्यूज़िंग   परिस्थिति हो रखी है सभी प्रादेशिक भाषा के छात्रों की । जो ना तो हिंदी   ठीक से लिख ,   पढ़ या बोल सकते है और जो थोड़ी बहुत इंग्लिश लिख - पढ़ सकते है , उसका भी विरोध हो रहा है । गुजराती / मराठी की बात ही नहीं उठ रही है । इन   छात्रों का हिंदी के ट्रांसलेशन को लेकर गुस्सा होना जायज़ है पर इसकी आड़ में छात्र गलत बातों   को गलत बहाना देकर ,  अपनी बातें मनवाने (नीचे   के भाग में पॉइंट टू पॉइंट लिखा है) का प्रेशर बनाना चाहते है ,  ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा है । और इसमें कुछ गलत भी नहीं है , चार्ल्स डार्विन की थियोरी में इसका जवाब है: “ हर एक प्राणी को अपना   अस्तित्व कायम करने के लिए लड़ना होता है .”    मैं यह इसलिए लिख रहा हूँ   क्यूंकि   मेरे लिए सीसैट अच्छा ऑप्शन है । छात्रों से ज्यादा कुछ पत्रकार , लेखक , राजनेता   हैं , जो यूपीएससी को लेकर दुष्प्रचार कर रहे हैं । हिंदी का झंडा उठकर टीवी पे बोलने - लिखने वाले , जिनक...
