The USA is the Home of Neo capitalism. Neo capitalism is basically an economic model which argued to give free hand to corporate. It's argued for Lower corporate taxes, lesser labour regulations, Free trade etc. This Model believes that it will "raise all boats" mean it will help everyone to become more prosperous. On this model, the USA remains to depend upon the private sector for healthcare. USA's Medical system is based on the Insurance model. To understand this blog, one must have the basic idea about some civic and political concepts. It's very vast topics to discuss but let me introduce some in brief here. There are three key player of the political system - State, Citizen and Private organization. Whom we call country is actually State. State formed by the Social contract. Its contract among the citizens where citizen handover responsibility to the Government (State) to maintain order, safety and welfare of citizen. On other side, Citizen themselves are bound to pay taxes, follow rules of government etc. to uphold that contract. This Social contract is similar to Business contract of the some material supply. When A and B sign a business deal, A Promised to provide material to B in XYZ time and B promised to made payment after getting material. Yesterday I listen to a podcast of the BBC Hindi.  (  Link  )  This podcast touched deeply and It forced me to recall the time of day after the announcement of the lockdown. Most of all of us were stood in the line of the grocery stores when a Caravan of the Labors was preparing to leave for their home on feet. I also feel guilty as I can not extend the hand of help to any needy. But I feel less guilty as I didn’t keep silence and Wrote in strong words at all a possible platform for the rights and safety of labours. सर आप जब भी ८ बजे टीवी पे आने की बात करते हो एक अजीब सा डर लगता है ।   क्यों लगता है वह तो आपको पता ही है ।   ८ नवंबर २०१६ का दिन भुलाये नहीं भूलता ।   उस दिन आपने रातो रातो पुरे देश को लाइन में लगा दिया था । देश लाइन में भी खड़ा रहा और आपके साथ भी खड़ा रहा   ।   देश को आपसे बहुत उम्मीद थी की आप काळा धन वाली अर्थव्यवश्ता को देश से निकाल  फेकेंगे । उस दौरान आपने कहा था की - " ' मैंने देश से सिर्फ पचास दिन मांगे है , 30 दिसंबर तक का वक्त दीजिए. उसके बाद अगर मेरी कोई गलती निकल जाए , गलत इरादे निकल जाए , कोई कमी रह जाए तो जिस चौराहे पर खड़ा करेंगे खड़ा होकर , देश जो सजा देगा उसे भुगतने के लिए तैयार हूं. " । उस दौरान मेने आपसे पूछा था की ५० दिन के बाद का आपका क्या प्लान है - क्या आप राजनितिक पार्टी को आरटीआई के दायरे में लाओगे काळा धन समाप्त करने ? क्या आप कला धन जमा करने वालो के खिलाफ कड़क कदम उठयेंगे ? पर आपके पास नोटबंदी के के आगे का कुछ विज़न था ही नहीं । आज पुरे देश को पता है की आप ५० दिन में कुछ नहीं कर पाए । आप देश के चुने हुए प्रधानम...

जब से "भारत" के प्राइम मिनिस्टर     ने कोरोना के चलते २१ दिन के लॉक डाउन का ऐलान किया है तभी से लगातार मीडिया में रिपोर्ट्स आ रही है की शहरों     में काम करने वाले लोग कितनी लाचारी से गुजर रहे है । कई औ को मालिकों ने काम से निकाल दिया है । उनके पास गुजरान चलाने के पैसे नहीं है तो दूसरी और सरकार उन्हें वापस अपने गाओं जाने से     रोक रही है ।     न तो प्रधान मंत्री को और न तो किसी मुख्यमंत्री को इनकी फ़िक्र है । और फ़िक्र होगी भी क्यों   ?   यह मज़दूर     इलेक्टोरल बांड से उनको चंदा कहा देते है   !! बात करनी ही है तो शरुआत से ही करते है . लॉक डाउन करने की     जरुरत क्यों आयी   ?   क्यूंकि कोरोना को फैलने से रोकना था । अब प्रश्न है की कोरोना आया कहा से ?   कोरोना आया विदेश से ।   तो फिर कोरोना को भारत में आने से रोकने के लिए सरकार ने क्या किया   ?   इसका जवाब है कुछ नहीं । वह दिन था ४ जनवरी     जब विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने कोरोना  की   संज्ञान ले थी। वह द...
